I just read an interesting article by Rusty Moore, author of Fitness Black Book, recently wrote an excellent article about Omega 3 supplements and if they aid in weight loss. As you may know, Omega 3 supplements reduce your insulin levels throughout the day. If your insulin levels are two high, you can’t use fat for fuel.
